This Society is working in these areas since 2009 and got registered under Society Registration Act 1860 as a voluntary non profit organization. NEWS works with a mission to educate and empower deprived section of the Society with particular focus on livelihood and wellness mission. In order to fulfil this , the Society organizes and conducts various training and awareness programmes, such as, Computer Education and Training Course, Fashion Designing and Stitching Course, Driving Skill Training Course, Beautician Motor Mechanical Training and Yoga and Swimming Training Courses. Besides, the NEWS also organizes various kinds of awareness programmes on Tree plantation, Water Conservation, pollution Control, Cleanliness, Road Safety And other health related issues. The participatory groups are SCs, STs, Minorities, Women and Students and economically weaker group.

NEWS is running Bihar Skill Development Mission programme, which is funded by The Government of Bihar since January 2017 at its three centres each at Nawada Block, Pakriwarawan Block and Kashichak Block of Nawada district. More than 900,800,and 500 participants were successfully trained respectively at Nawads, Pakriwarawan and Kashichak centres during the last four years.
